Retailers may prefer to display Hey Little, Little items hanging up.  If you prefer to receive your items with j-hook adhesive hang tabs, please add the appropriate quantity.  Please include in the notes section if you would prefer the tabs adhered on one end of the card holders (as pictured) or left off to adhere yourself.
